The lobby and staff are nice. The hotel after the lobby is very dated. We stayed on the 12th floor and the hallway to the room had a urine like smell.
The popcorn ceilings and old light switches and plugs from the 90s they looked like.
Also our bathroom switch barely worked with a broken ground plug stem sticking out of the outlet next to it.
Also the restaurant/bar stated its open until 12am on Friday and Saturday, which it actually closes at 10pm. Bummer if your planning on it.
Positive the beds are very comfortable and the room felt clean. The shower worked well but again was dated.
Good coffee in the room also.
The parking lot has quite a bit of transient activity so recommend bringing all belongings inside.
Extra lot security would be nice 3 people min security recommended.
This Hilton did not live up to the standard Ive seen at other Hilton properties.

Friendly staff, great location, reasonable price. Loved the quick and courteous service. Didn't like the elevator. It was slow and noisy, but above all, it was a great experience. Will come again soon.

Not the greatest location in Sacramento, a little on the dirty side(location). Nearest convenience store is a .8 mile walk and mall/restroraunt are farther. But the hotel in itself is not bad.

We had the worst experience staying there the weekend before Halloween. We parked in the hotel lot, which charges $15/day. Our car window was smashed on our first night along with at least 4 other cars. No compensation was given and apparently no security cameras were in the lot. Next, on the next night, there was a Halloween party with loud DJs at the hotel until 1:30 in the morning. We werent given any warning. Our hotel room was on the 2nd floor and the window looks into the ballroom where the DJ was playing so we could feel the base through the window. We had young kids with us and were there for a soccer tournament. We complained and asked to move rooms so we had to pack up at 10pm with the kids in pajamas to another floor. If you know you’re having a loud party, they should reserve rooms closest to the party for guests attending that party or who don’t have young kids. Other families on our team also heard loud fighting in the hallways at night with banging on doors and cursing. I’m assuming they were drunk party guests. Will never recommend this hotel.

I arrived last night, and unfortunately, my experience has been terrible from the start. My car was broken into overnight, and when I went to the front desk to report it, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful..They have no security cameras. On top of that, they had given me the wrong room when I checked in, which made things even more frustrating..
came here for a soccer tournament.
To make matters worse, breakfast wasn’t even included.. it was $20 per adult and $12 per child. After everything that’s happened, this has honestly been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I expected a much higher level of service, care, and security..
