This Hampton Inn did not meet the standards of others we have stay at. Room was just ok, carpets are worn, breakfast was basic, cleaning of rooms was bare minimum. More of a low budget type hotel.

I'm a Hilton honors member was very grateful for the early check in and the front deck lady Kylie was very polite and helpful...when I went to check in it was a different lady who was not so nice didn't explain there was gonna be a parking fee on my credit card...and later I asked Michelle night shift for more water and she rudely turned around and looked at the water for sale...and stated if I received water upon check in that's all I was to have...she was unpleasant with her facial expression...water should be a given with all Hilton...my shower was dirty and the flooring in my room....I will not be going back to this hotel.

I don’t like leaving a bad review but if you don’t say something nothing gets fixed. Got to my room super late on the check in due to a late flight. When I walked up the front door is locked and I had to wait to come in. The lady who checked me in was nice. I get to my room to take a shower and the shower was out of shampoo. I know that they clean the room every other day but guess what, they don’t at this hotel. You know if it was just this I wouldn’t even have complained but I get to the hotel tonight and asked for a water. (I am a Diamond Member) and the lady at the front desk (who was wearing a mask) asked what my room number was and asked if I received a water upon check in. I said I did but then I politely asked if would be possible to have just one and she proceeded to tell me that what I got on check in was all you get despite being here for 3 nights. I walked away and said I’ll remember their hospitality. So dumb question, if I checked out and then checked back in wouldn’t I get the water each day? Well collectively this made for a less than pleasant experience. So if you’re a Diamond Member just know they hold no value in your loyalty. I hope this changes and they see one good review is worth a lot of money but one bad one is worth a bottle of water.
