Gabby was not only warm and welcoming, but she went above and beyond by assisting me with a unique issue. She was a lifesaver and resolved it for me. She could also teach her colleague about kindness and customer service. A young man who was at the front desk around 6-7 AM before her was condescending and rude to me when I asked him for help with the same issue (he actually scoffed at me, complete with a mocking noise). But because of Gabby, I would be happy to stay again at Hampton Inn.

This is one of the cleanest hotel I/we have stayed at. As soon as you walk into the hotel, your nostrils picks up the fresh clean scent/aroma. The Staff at the front desk is very friendly, polite. The Cafe lady/staff does an awesome job with identifying each food item with its own serving utensils. The food is delicious. We look forward to another stay when we return.

Breakfast was good (offered from 0600-1000): cheese omelets then scrambled cheese eggs later, a rotation of bacon and sausage patties, a potato hash, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels/toast, hard boiled eggs, milk, coffee, juices. Extremely close to the airport and a short ride to DT. Didn't have any concerns or issues with noise (we were on the opposite side of the freeway. Dogs and cats allowed with a $50 fee. The gym has a peloton and free weights, which was nice. The pool area is pretty large though we didn't utilize it.
