    Good value for the room. It has been newly renovated. Didn't go overboard with cleaning kill everything spray. Good location. They have a hot tub and heated pool. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was terrible. They have airport shuttle.

    We live out of town and had to get our daughter to the airport for a Sunday early morning flight. As a Hilton member we chose this Hotel because of the rating and proximity to the airport. We were not disappointed in the room or the service. We brought a bottle of wine to our room but forgot a corkscrew. No problem, the front desk clerk happily loaned us one. The buffet breakfast opens at 6:00 and had a good variety of food. The coffee was surprisingly good and would rate with some of the top notch coffee shops. Although it's not the cheapest hotel in the area, free parking and the ample breakfast more than made up for the price. We would stay there again!

    Stay was fine but numerous cars broken into with windows broken overnight. When I reported it to the hotel, the response was “our security guard didn’t see anything” and he hung up on me.

    Hotel smelled amazing when we walked in! Almost like baby powder which is better than most smells. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and was warm which was nice because it was chilly outside. The room was neat and clean with plenty of lighting and the heater work great. Shower had all the thinks you need from lotion to shampoo and conditioner. Step in shower was really nice, too. The breakfast was phenomenal! Waffles 2 ways, yogurt, hot coffee and bagels and muffins.

    I'm a Gold Member and have been staying at Hampton Inns for over 20 years and this is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. My first night I had no hot water in my room. Change rooms where the bath tub in the new room had two left over pubic hairs. WTH!!! The next night in the second room, luke warm water. After checking out, I had a billing issue and called to clear it up. What I got was a very rude person named Izzy (the "manager") who would not let me finish my sentence and was flat out lying to me about my billing issue. Something that has never happened before with my credit card company and Hampton Inn, she says is the credit card company's fault. If you like luke warm showers, or no hot water at all, pubic hairs in your bath tub, and rude people "managing" this hotel, then this is your place to stay. Otherwise, book something else. Re; Your reply: Apparently you blocked me from replying to you, so I'm just going to edit my review. This is the type of response I would expect based on the conditions of the hotel. You obviously overlooked the fact that your manager attempted to talk over me on more than one occasion. Yes, that's when I got upset. As for the incidentals, you're 100% incorrect about that. Why is it whenever a gas station, etc., does put an incidental on my car before I pump the gas, that incidental is removed from my card immediately afterwards. I just believe this is an issue with your software. For it to take four to five business days for an incidental to be removed in almost 2026, is just plain stupid. Lastly, I didn't mention the pubic hair situation because you only had female staff whenever I went by the front desk. I didn't think it was appropriate to bring it up to a female staff member. Either way, we don't have to ever deal with each other again even though I'll be coming to Sacramento many times over the next 6 months. I'll find a hotel that values its customers, probably one of the ones right next door to you. Thank you.
