Breakfast items were freshly made and it was nice to have a cafe within the hotel so no visit outside to find food is necessary. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, not a single complaint. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and gym had new equipment in great working order. We had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!!

They recently dropped a hotel from their line for dropping reservations booked by ICE. Shame on Hilton for standing on the wrong side of American values. I'll be cancelling my Hilton rewards account.

A buddy and me were having a drink at their bar when all of a sudden the bartender came and took our beers then poured them out and told us we were done. We didn’t even finish a single beer before Kellyn poured our drinks out. We weren’t bothering anyone and were just talking amongst ourselves when this happened. Room and location were good. Service by this particular bartender was absolutely unacceptable. Management needs to look into this. This is not how customers should be treated
- CCCariDec 30, 20251.0I was hesitant to write this but after 3 calls to the hospitality manager and no response here I am. Recently my son and I visited this hotel. We have stayed here before. We were checking in and he said my card and had been declined. There was no way so I checked my account and already had been charged he then noticed it was their system but I had to run my card again. He then proceeded to tell me in front of other people that if I were going to be empty in my bank account he could credit me. I mean presumptuous and incorrect but also how dare you talk loudly and try to embarrass me. 2nd I was told the hotel was really low on occupancy. I was put in a room next to a party that started at 9pm. My son was asleep but it was impossible for me. They moved me rooms but not before telling me they couldn’t bring me a new key I had to wake up my son to go down to the lobby then the new key didn’t work! They would not come up to replace key and the room the exchanged it for was the room below the party. Did I already mention they said they were very low occupancy! I had to call at 1am to tell the how loud it was. Awful experience and when I called the manager she never called me back. So much for being a Hilton honors member.

Sersi (or Cersie), the bartender and mixologist, is the gem of Happy Hour. Her drinks are phenomenal, her professionalism outstanding, and her warm, engaging presence can turn even the worst workday into a great one. Marco, the manager, consistently goes above and beyond—checking in on guests, greeting everyone warmly, and even personally delivering items to rooms. He puts guests first, and it shows. Victor from the bakery is always cheerful and creative. He decorated our desserts each night with such care and delicious flair—it truly made us smile. Zach at the front desk makes every stay seamless, even when our schedules change. If Zach is working, we know everything will be handled and we’ll be well taken care of. FANTASTIC staff, outstanding hospitality, and a property that truly shines because of its people. Highly recommend!
