Management called me at the last minute to tell me they were overbooked and no longer had a room for me,even though they had already placed a hold on my credit card. I was only 15 minutes away from the property when they told me this. They showed no concern that my family and I were left out in the cold late at night with nowhere to go. They did send a referral to another property, but couldn’t confirm whether the new place would honor the rate I had reserved. They also tried to blame Booking, claiming they were sold out, which doesn’t make sense because I made my reservation a month in advance. Another family member booked the same property and had no issues, but they prepaid—so it’s clear the hotel gave away or resold my room simply because I didn’t arrive exactly at the 3 PM check-in time. Overall, this was an unprofessional and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property.
