The staff here are all VERY nice. This is a clean, well equipped hotel with a nice pool and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the great weather and sunsets. My room was large and functional. A couple blocks away there is a nice walking trail along a linear wetland park. Restaurants within walking distance and just off I65. Super convenient. I stayed here two weeks for work and really enjoyed it!

Unbelievably good breakfast. Also have grills outside, a pool, and laundry machine (could use a few more of them) rooms are well appointed. Wish they had stove/oven but you can get a hot plate from the front desk

Nice rooms, area, and people. Rooms are quiet though somewhat audible from the halls.10$ per night parking fee was a surprise but ok. Corporate has set up the WiFi log in to try and trick you into paying for the advertised Free WiFi. Deserves 4 or 5 stars but I will not rate highly a place that intentionally tries to trick and extort their clientele. Whether that decision is made locally or not.

The manager, Daniella, isn't from that location. She apparently didn't learn pricing when she came out. She charged me $125 for a pet fee when it should have been $75. They messed up our reservations. Gave us a room that we didn't ask for on the second floor. I'm disabled. We requested one on the first floor. She also had us in two queen size beds when we requested one king size bed she then argued with us and told us we were lying to her when we told her That wasn't what we ordered until we showed her the proof of the email She was extremely rude. Screamed at my wife yelling all of our personal information, including the last four of the credit card number out in front of a lobby full of people. When we called to complain I asked who her boss was and she told me Jason, there's no Jason that works there. Jacob that works there who called me back. Turns out he's just an assistant manager taking the complaint for the manager. That's not right either. Once we got to the room, only two lights worked in the entire room and one outlet worked. The refrigerator barely kept anything cool. I do not recommend this place. You're better off sleeping in your vehicle along the side of the freeway.
