The room looked unclean when we arrived — there was hair left in the sink, dirty walls, and the furniture and pillows were worn and stained. As soon as you walk in, there’s a strong musty smell like old, dirty carpet. Worst of all, I found a large roach in the bathroom early in the morning. This is a serious health and cleanliness issue. We will not be staying here again.
