The good: Room was nice and clean The bad: I spend over 110 nights a year at Hilton and they still want to charge me $12 a person for a super vaerage breakfast. Also we had a pet fee charged and we did noit bring a pet, they would not refund after the fact.

The Entire 3rd floor smelled like a weed farm. Immediately turned me off to this hotel. My digital key never worked properly. The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. The ceiling in my room looked like it could fall at any moment... I don't know... Not a fan

The only thing nice about this place is the closet. I like the design with the baskets and shelves. For the price we paid, this hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. The carpets are old, the showers don’t have the modern detachable shower head to help wash my toddlers head in the tub. The restaurant is a joke. We ordered the bbq chicken flatbread. It was a piece of naan with barely any bbq sauce spread on it and plain chicken on top. It was so dry we had to ask for more bbq sauce to pour over the top. And that was like $15. The chicken tenders had way too much batter and those were dry too. The worst part was Thursday October 2, we asked the room to be cleaned and told the woman at the front desk to let us know when it was done so we can come back to give my cat a break from her cage. She then said it’s policy that we take our pet with us if we leave the hotel because we must be with her at all times. We asked her to show us that in writing but she failed. All she found was that when the room is cleaned we have to be with the pet who’s in the cage. I can understand that to avoid any accidents. But going on vacation with your pet to a hotel who says we can bring a pet should mean it’s like home where we leave it there while we go out. We can’t take it to museums and water parks and malls etc. like we will be doing on vacation. Especially a cat who can’t just use the outside as a bathroom like a dog can on a leash. This really stressed us out when she said that was a policy. I asked another employee who said it’s not. I just ask the manager to please make sure all of your staff is on the same page. I also got a shower towel with brown marks on it.
