  Booked this place as it was advertised as having connecting rooms, and we were traveling with extended family. We requested for connecting rooms prior to arriving and were told we could request it at front desk during check in, which we did. When we got to our rooms, they were next to one another, but not connected. We called the front desk and was put on hold - after 10 minutes of being on hold, we decided to hang up and go down to ask. There was one person manning the front desk doing absolutely nothing. Observed him picking up another two calls and asking if they could be put on hold, then going back to doing absolutely nothing. What??? We asked about connecting rooms and when they finally understood what we meant, we were told there's no option of connecting rooms on this property. The EV chargers DO NOT WORK. The reset button on the Tesla charger did not do anything to resolve it. Asked the front desk about this and they shrugged and said they would let their maintenance person know. We were there from Fri-Mon and they were out of service the entire time. We walked past a housekeeper and asked if they had room slippers, and were told these were only available at the front desk. Went down to the front desk and was told they don't offer room slippers at this property. There is only one elevator in operation so the wait to go down and up takes a while. Parking is $9 per night. We felt that the rooms were clean, despite other reviews saying otherwise. The water pressure is low - like other reviews have mentioned. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this place again.

  The rooms are really really nice!! But for the price and there's only a dinky little fridge and no microwave is pathetic!! Ive stayed at motels with both those things. You have to go downstairs to microwave anything

  This hotel is in the perfect location! There’s a target, Costco and a casino a few blocks away! The staff are super friendly from checking in to house keeping! Our stay was very enjoyable! We didn’t get to go swimming but they have a heated pool!

  I recently stayed at Hotel Centro while traveling for business in Rohnert Park, and it was an excellent choice. The location is ideal—just minutes from Graton Casino and close to everything I needed for work and downtime. The hotel’s design is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully done, making the entire stay feel elevated. What truly stood out was the service. The Front Desk team was warm, efficient, and always ready to help, and the bar staff delivered exceptional hospitality every evening. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Hotel Centro for business travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

  This is a beautiful hotel! I stayed in November and loved the cozy atmosphere of the lobby with the fireplace in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving local recommendations. When returning to the area, I will select this hotel.
