  I would stay here again. The room was huge. I love having a full size fridge and silverware/plates. It was very comfortable and mostly clean. However, two of my towels were not clean. There was hair in one that clearly didn't come out in the wash and something stuck in the other that was very sticky. I don't think that's really the cleaners fault, just stubborn. Thankfully the two other towels in the room were very clean. There are plenty of food options nearby. There's also a Target, which was honestly the best perk.

  We got locked out of our room by a known problem, the security flip lock on the inside that they had a wrench to all their locations to let guests locked out of the room get back in to it. But after traveling downstairs and back up again to let them know of the inconvenience we had to wait in the hallwayafter for 10 minutes while our food got cold and our dessert melted. They have a posted motto in the reception entry that states “ HOME 2 GUARANTEE We guarantee an engaging experience and clean, comfortable accommodations. If you aren't completely satisfied, let us make it right or that night is on us.” The only thing they offered to “make it right” was to unlock the room for us to resolve the issue and no compensation was given. After calling repeatedly to find out how to resolve it, Gen Mngr Dennis MacDonneil return my call to inform me that he has done nothing to prevent this from happening to all guests at all, Hilton‘s and they have the tool at every hotel to get you into your room once you get locked out. it’s very discouraging that a large professional corporation like this would allow this to happen their guests repeatedly without fixing the problem.   I ended up staying here for about a month due to military service. My stay was decent for the most part but I had pros and cons. Pros: Staff was friendly and always willing to make an attempt to assist if you need anything. Outdoor pool (good for the summer I guess). Free breakfast with decent options. Cons: They do not have any set quiet hours. The walls are very thin so you can hear every conversation your neighbor is having and can even hear them if they snore. The wifi connection was horrible. The speed of the connection was fine but they force all of your devices to disconnect and reconnect multiple times a day. This becomes extremely annoying and inconvenient, especially for someone like me who was working on my laptop while staying there. I would get kicked out of my meetings randomly. There is no reason a person should have to reauthenticate and reconnect multiple times a day. You should be able to accept the terms one time and never have to worry about it again. The location isn't terrible but there are some homeless people living in their vehicles in the parking lot next to the hotel.

  Stayed here for a few nights while traveling for work. Very convenient area close to highway. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. I would stay here again!

  Great location and wonderful staff. Rooms and hotel offered just what we needed for a week's stay. Location is great for easy access to the 101 as well as nearby amenities like Costco, Target and others. Breakfast was great and we utilized the gym everyday as well the outside amenities, despite the constant rain we had all week. The gym offered some good variety to let us get in solid workouts between free weights,TRX, and the cable machine. We will definitely return on future visits to the area.
