The only complaint I had was the TV kept freezing in the channel selection sucked I didn't go there to watch TV but when you do watch TV you like it to work at least channels froze up so much you couldn't even watch anything for some reason. But the breakfast is the beds and everything else in the people were perfect. Especially the older gentleman working at the counter he took good care of us and gave my wife an extra cookie.

I would give negative stars if I could. We checked in around 8pm to be told that due to a hot water problem on the floor were they had assigned our room we had the following options: 1. Get a 50% discount and sleep in a room without hot water, so no way to take a shower. 2. Get a room on a different floor that wasn’t cleaned after the previous person left (YUK!!!!). 3. Get no room and a full refund!!!! What they should have done is to either get the cleaning crew back and clean those dirty rooms before the other guests arrived or EVEN BETTER make a reservation in the nearby doubletree hotel (also owned by Hilton) and give us some extra points or vouchers to show they value us as a customer. But no that did not happen. What kind of service is this???? I will never stay at this hotel ever again. And I urge Hilton/hampton to update their customer service routines. Oh and I am not blaming the poor receptionist she just didn’t have a way to proactively help. Her managers should have been the ones being more proactive. SHAME on you Hampton inn.

We were surprised to learn of the fee to park for a hotel that’s only accessible by car; would have been nice to have it listed when we book.
Breakfast was until 9, and at 8 they ran out of potatoes, oatmeal, fruits etc. Nothing was refilled even though I heard multiple people asking. Not sure what’s the point of the marketed free breakfast.
