Added breakfast with room, they give you $25 voucher which covers only a coffee and main. Anything more you pay and tips paid by you. Voucher doesn't cover.

We have stayed at the DoubleTree several times and always had a very good experience—until this Christmas.
I booked two rooms through Booking.com and, upon arrival, the front desk clerk acknowledged that I had requested connecting rooms. However, she told me that a connecting king and double were not available. She offered two double rooms instead, but I asked whether two non-connecting rooms close to each other were available, and she said yes.
The rooms we were assigned were not next to each other, so I returned to the desk to ask why. Additionally, the king room was very different from the one I usually stay in with the same type of reservation, which was disappointing. There was no fan in the bathroom, and there was no light switch at the entrance of the room—you have to walk into a dark room to reach a lamp on the desk or nightstand, as there is no ceiling or wall lighting.
The clerk told me it was my choice not to accept the double rooms and that the option was no longer available.
The next morning, I tried again to explain the situation to a different clerk, who had read a note left by the previous concierge. He told me that there was no request for connecting rooms in the system, that requests made through Booking.com “do not count,” and that I should have called the hotel directly or booked through Hilton for special requests. He also informed me that the hotel does not have connecting king and double rooms—only connecting doubles. His only options were to upgrade us to more expensive connecting double rooms or to cancel our reservation so we could go to another hotel.
In short, if you decide to stay at this hotel, you may receive a very good room on one side of the hotel or a very poor one on the other for the same price. And if there is any misunderstanding or issue, you will be expected to take responsibility for it—and pay to resolve it.

I stayed at this property to see my Aunt for the last time. Flew from Vegas to Santa rosa, car rental, hotel, package etc. Super convenient. Obviously this was not a trip I wanted to make. However the staff and even the local guests made it a very enjoyable one. The bartender Ry is an absolute professional, she rocks. Carlos who wears many hats was a delight to talk to for a few hours. Even the locals at the bar brought a sense of community not unlike "Cheers". I ordered the same meal every night, and every night it was cooked properly and consistently. The whole experience made my visit that much more enjoyable and helped me through it. I'll have to return in the future under better circumstances. You guys are rockstars. Cheers.

Pictures are deceiving, as had been mentioned in previous posts. From the outside & lobby, everything looks beautiful. But once you enter the room, everything is OLD. Chairs were ripped, TV has no access to netflix or other apps (which should be a norm nowadays)…overpriced for the actual value. Great customer service though—front counter staff was nice.
