Were located within a half mile of the Riverside Convention Center, Mission Inn Museum, Fox Performing Arts Center and several restaurants. The Riverside Pedestrian Main Street Mall is a short walk from our hotel. The University of California Riverside is under three miles away. Enjoy our outdoor pool, BBQ patio, fitness center, and free breakfast.
We stayed for 2 weeks in a two queen suite over christmas time. The hotel is very clean throughout the rooms are spacious, and the security is upscale. The parking is expensive at twenty nine dollars a day. They ended up comping out our parking fees for 2 cars because it was christmas. Customer service was outstanding. I was a very leery of staying here because of the crime in the area. But it actually wasn't bad to walk down to the mission inn lights and Food Lab. a great place to stay for a family. The two queen suite, come with refrigerator and microwave, small kitchen. Very spacious room. Super clean. We were blown away when we walked in the lobby. How clean it was.

New hotel, located in Downtown Riverside. The Fox theater, and Main st were 2 blocks away. The food lab was one block over.
WARNING: It is a very clean, nice hotel/apartment for people. I say apartment because there are families living there. I did not know this when I booked. I’m not to sure how I felt about that. I went down for breakfast and saw several families with their kids getting breakfast, with their backpacks, and after school. They all knew each other. They were there everyday I was there and I stayed 5 days, including the weekend. I think it should be noted in your reservation. You do have to have a key to access any floor. There was a girl letting her friend on the elevator who just visited her, who smelt like she just hotboxed herself in the room. My kids were in the elevator with me and she literally made us all cough.
Keep in mind they are still doing construction. Parking was a bit tricky. Street parking is almost non existence. I did see cars getting towed in front of the hotel. They do offer valet, but at $29 a day. There is a parking structure attached to the Fox theater, but I didn’t feel safe parking there and walking alone 2 1/2 blocks on back streets.
The pool is not completed, as well as the outside patio.
The room was a good size for our family. Kitchenette and full fridge were very helpful. The rooms are not being cleaned very well. The shower was already turning pinkish from not being cleaned. There was also no ventilation in that room or bathroom. I read on another review that you could hear doors slamming all night and day, this is true.
They have a gym, washer and dryer, as well as free breakfast. One of the better free breakfasts we’ve ever had. Lots to choose from.
