In room 213, AC made noise and woke me up at night. Thin walls and ceiling – I could hear neighboring/upstair rooms' showers turn on and footsteps. I'm not sure why they don't have hand soap in the bathrooms. For me, it was inconvenient. I think their wifi kicks me out everyday although it shows that I'm still connected. I needed to sign in on the network again. I didn't use service that much. Receptionists could be better. Location was convenient.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn near March Air Force Base. The hotel feels new and really well kept — everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, the kind of people who make check-in and questions feel simple. The breakfast was surprisingly good too, plenty of options and fresh fruit. Overall, it’s a solid, hassle-free place to stay and I’d definitely come back when I'm in town for business.

This is the 3rd year we've stayed at this location. The hotel and rooms are in pretty good shape and kept up and clean. The breakfast is a really good spread. I really enjoy it when we're there. Only complaint I have is the only physical location is a bit weird with the type shopping center around it. Everytime we headed back to the hotel Google maps sent us another way.
Separately, I wish California would use money for roads as they tax them for. The 15, 215 and 91 were so bad I need to have my alignment checked on my vehicle.
The new digital key as well as check in and out was nice. I wish I could login to my streaming services and watch them on the television. It's a smart TV so far don't understand why they've kicked that out.

Experienced a very unprofessional front desk check in experience from Leah where she had just started her shift and seemed very overwhelmed by logging into her work stations computer system. I had Hilton Honors Gold status and asked if am upgrade was available which was a King Size bed instead of a Double Queen room that I had booked. There was many available but was told that I had to pay extra to upgrade to one. I was confused because this was not honoring the Gold Status perk which she had to ask her manager about and still refused to honor a complimentary upgrade. I then went up and entered my room and discovered the shower faucet was dripping and noticed a dirty face washer on the shower floor that looked to be covered in black mold, then noticed immediately that the entire shower was covered in black mold and the faucet was broken so it appears they put the face washer down because of this. I immediately called Leah at the front desk and she stated that she would send someone up immediately to address the issue. I waited over an hour and since no one came called the front desk back and asked if someone could be sent to address this issue because I had a long day of traveling from another state and wanted to use the bathroom and get some much needed sleep. I overheard someone say to her in the background that the room wasn’t supposed to be booked because of the broken shower head and that they put the face washer down because of the dripping. I never had a supervisor for Leah who would have been the AGM or GM call me or apologize for my experience. Finally as I ran out of patience I decided to go down to the lobby and saw someone get off the elevator who appeared to be a hotel employee with a room key for me for a new room. Her name was Brenda, she introduced herself as the head of housekeeping services and she went above and beyond even cleaned the hair off the floor and sanitized the new room they moved me to. I was appreciative of her but never received an apology or even a phone call from the front desk asking if I was satisfied with the new room I received. This whole experience should have never happened and the amount of time wasted was unacceptable for a room they should have never even booked in the first place. I have attached pictures of the slimy and moldy shower. I would never stay here again.

I checked in to this hotel, given a parking pass, never told about the charge. Charged said fee every night and when calling to enquirer the rep responds “what do you mean, look on the website”. Terrible customer service.
