- ADAmanda D.Nov 4, 20251.0Whoever took the photos to advertise this hotel deserves a promotion. I would never stay here again nor recommend to anyone I liked. Outside access to all rooms, feet where dirty from walking from the shower to simply hop into bed, bed was old and creeky, no trim at the floor level leaving a gap for bugs, plumbing was clogged [toilet & sink], and the walls are paper thin. Neighborhood isn't great. Check in was rude, he more or less grunted at me and was visibly annoyed I didnt know the plate on my rental car. 1 star is the lowest rating or would have been ZERO.

The bed had stains and hair on it, and the bathroom floor and mat were also stained. Even the mattress showed signs of dirt. When I left in the morning and returned later that day, my key card did not work. I had to go down to the lobby and wait 10 minutes just to get a new one to access my room. After my stay, I called to report the issues and was told someone would get back to me in a few days. Several days with no response, I followed up only to be told there was no record of my initial call. I would not recommend staying here, even for a short visit.

Usually stay here when I’m in LA based on how central it is to everything. Mall right up the street. Nice clean rooms and always friendly housekeeping. I enjoy staying here when I’m in town and will continue to do so.
