I know for sure the only time they don't let you check in early, is when they don't have a clean room. I'm sure that is not the case. The hotel is empty. Also I told her that I will be waiting up to 3pm to do the check in. And asked about the bathroom, and she said sorry you can't use the bathroom "they are in renovations". No renovations at the hotel as any one can see.
