This is the only place I stay in Redlands. Angel at the desk is amazing. I'm so thankful to see him every time we go. The breakfast is .. well..not great but it's free and the staff are incredible. Rooms are very well appointed and super comfortable.

It's really frickin nice here. Our room had a dishwasher. That's crazy. Everyone seemed nice and was helpful with any questions we had. The location isn't that great with it being so close to the freeways, but I think it made up for that with what was offered and the service being so good.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member and It is two of my stays here now back-to-back that I have had trouble with Angel (the guy), whereas the lady who checked me in today was amazing. I called down first from my room to see if there was a business center, so I could print medical items for Work and Angel answered the phone and said yes and struggled a bit to explain in simple terms where the business center is on first floor. Then he only put a tiny little sliver of paper in the printer. It was comical. I said is that all the paper you have I have to print a medical paper. He answered they don't like to put a lot of paper so that people don't print too much. I told him I called down first and he could've simply told me the paper limit (instead of him doing this awkward and arbitrary little sliver of paper). The first time I came in to this hotel he checked me in and said there was no credit card on the reservation. That was incorrect My work books at all types of hotels, Hilton and other, across Southern California and he's the only one at ANY location since I started working with the company who said that. It is required for the credit card to be in there for my work to be able to book it via our vendor. He made me email all of (Corporate) in our headquarters in UK and do all the footwork for him to come from the back room and say never mind: They had the credit card. He had my HQ and mgmt so confused as they saw the credit card in there. I told him this is two times now as a Diamond member I've had issues with him and he didn't care so I told him I'm going to write a review and he said yeah go ahead. Here's how you spell my name A-N-G-E-L with a poor customer service attitude. Thus, I reminded him that I know how to spell and I know how to read name tags. I'm a work professional and a doctorate student. I don't need him to spell the word Angel lol. He instead needs to focus on basic Customer Service skills instead of a one word spelling bee. I do request management to contact me about this, thank you
