Every single time I try to book an appointment I get either (a) put on hold forever or (b) eventually sent to your voicemail. YOU ARE A 5 STAR PROPERTY and you can't answer the phone for your $$ spa treatments?? How is this possible? I have never ever had an issue booking a spa service at a 5-star property except here. While I have stayed here a year ago (and the property is nice and rooms are nice), the SERVICE getting anything from the Spa is HORRIBLE!! DO BETTER!!

We called within a couple hours after booking once we realized our mistake. They refused to budge on their cancellation policy at all and charged us the full amount. We understand that it was totally our mistake but I can’t imagine that anyone else would have booked the same appointment within that hour time window and they had no empathy for the situation. I’m sure the spa is great, but charging the full amount to a couple on their honeymoon with no option to get there is a real annoying move
