- RIRachel IngwellDec 29, 20251.0I don’t recommend this place at all. The negative were: check in is really at 4pm not 3pm like stated. They question if you are handicap or not. The beds are super old and squeak all night. The smoke alarm goes off when you shower and they’ll only turn it off when maintenance is there. Then maintenance doesn’t believe you didn’t light anything on fire you were only showering. The windows open a few inches, but you have to put a cup under them so they stay open. You can only lower the AC to 68 degrees and after three days it didn’t get any lower than 71 degrees. The positives were: the location was great, the room was clean, and the kids did enjoy the breakfast.

During my stay, a front desk staff member who identified herself as Bibi or Vivi and claimed to be a manager spoke to me with an unnecessary attitude and dismissive tone. I am an Asian guest and a Hilton Honors Diamond Member, and I was abruptly told at the front desk that I must check out at 11:00 AM, with no courtesy, explanation, or professionalism. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and the way it was handled felt disrespectful. I understand hotel policies, but the manner and attitude in which this was communicated did not reflect Hilton’s usual standards of hospitality or inclusivity. This experience negatively impacted my stay. I hope management reviews this and ensures guests are treated with respect.

From the moment I arrived until today, I have received stellar professionalism and exceptional customer service from every single team member—housekeeping, maintenance, event staff, the General Manager, and the Assistant General Manager. What truly stands out about this property is the consistent warmth, efficiency, and hospitality that every employee demonstrates daily. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and inviting, which makes it feel like a true home away from home. I especially want to highlight Tianna R. at the front desk. She exemplifies excellence in customer service—always greeting guests with a smile, handling check-ins and requests with speed and professionalism, and going above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. Since I often work in the lobby, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing her interactions with guests of all kinds—from busy professionals to families with young children. Tianna’s attentiveness, patience, and genuine kindness make a lasting impression. She ensures every guest’s experience is positive, and she represents the very best of what the Hilton brand stands for.
