As a traveler I deal with many issues in hotels, Giovanni was super helpful in solving everything and he never once seemed annoyed. He is the epitome of professional and showed actual care for making the customer feel important: ex finding me a first floor room every night on very short notice. The hotel its-self is nice but it was Giovanni who earned the Ontario garden inn a customer for life. He made the whole hotel experience an absolute pleasure. If I am in the area again I will make sure to stay at the Hilton garden inn Ontario.
