This Hampton Inn location is in serious need of a full renovation and better upkeep. The hotel interior looks well worn, and there are visible signs of neglect. From the outside near the main entrance, we even noticed a second-floor room where the window had been completely removed by a guest — not something you expect to see at a Hilton-brand property. Our room had numerous issues and felt outdated. Clean towels had a long strand of black hair on top of them. The wall-mounted lotion dispenser above the sink was nearly pulled out from the wall, and the metallic legs under the sink were rusted. The bathroom exhaust fan only worked part of the time, and when it did, it was loud and sounded close to failing. The nightlight in the bathroom was a cheap store-bought plug-in instead of the built-in outlet nightlights typically found at Hilton hotels. One of the nightstand lamps had a non-functioning bulb, and the alarm clock’s display was broken, making it hard to read the time. Most concerning, the window in our room had broken fall-prevention latches and seemed easily detachable, which felt unsafe — especially for families with children. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. Instead of the usual hot selections like eggs, potatoes, bacon, or sausage, one morning they offered children’s chicken nuggets as a substitute. That’s far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn. I did share these concerns with the general manager during checkout and received a waived parking fee as accommodation. I appreciate that gesture, and I’m still a fan of the Hilton and Hampton Inn brands overall. However, this particular location seems to have lost the Hilton touch and is overdue for a corporate inspection and serious updates.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, only complaint is that we had a carpet beetle on our pillow 😞 and our neighbors weren't great but they were quiet between 10-6 so I can't complain too much

Great hotel BUT. THE BED FEELS LIKE A STACK OF WOOD WITH A BLANKET ON TOP I would stay here again due to easy access to the freeway and where I needed to go. But honestly the worst beds I've ever slept in, in my entire life. I'm in town for another 5 days and checking out tomorrow.

Very dirty hotel!!! The hallway looked as though it has not been vacuumed in a long time! The room is not much better, the floors are disgusting!!! The walls are gross, this will not be a pleasant stay. So disappointed in wasting my points on this place!

Hotel is good. Met my needs, but they actually charge for parking. Absolutely ridiculous. Breakfast was nothing special and the little store was sufficient
