  Let me start off with saying Sierra at the front desk is AMAZING! 5 stars for the front desk!She is very kind and helpful. I was able to message the front desk in the morning asking for toothbrushes and she made it happen. She also helped me with placing balloons in my room before check in. 4 stars only because the room we were assigned definitely had not had the bathroom throughly cleaned. There were hair shavings on the bathroom sink and nail clippings scattered around the sink as well. This was our second time staying and overall we will definitely be staying again. BUT the bathroom situation was kinda gross lol

  Hampton Inn in Porter Ranch has a nice workout room, very good continental breakfast, the rooms are clean and although the hotel looked full when we stayed- we did not hear a sound from other rooms. The rooms are clean and quiet. Very good location with other grocery stores, movie theater and restaurants within walking distance. You also have a nice view of the mountains from the rooms. Fairly priced.

  Really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Porter Ranch. The breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had a good variety. The gym was clean, well maintained, and perfect for a quick workout. Everything felt comfortable and easy—would definitely stay here again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share how outstanding Engel at the front desk was during my stay. From the moment I checked in, Engel set the tone for the entire experience. I arrived after a long day of travel, exhausted and a little frazzled, and he immediately greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He didn’t just go through the motions — he took the time to ask how my trip was, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt welcomed rather than rushed. What really stood out was how attentive he was throughout my stay. I had a small issue with my third party booking that could have easily been brushed off, but Engel handled it quickly, calmly, and with empathy. He followed up to make sure everything was resolved and even offered helpful local recommendations without being asked. It felt like he genuinely cared about my experience, not just his job. Engel is the kind of employee that elevates an entire hotel. His attitude, problem-solving skills, and kindness made a noticeable difference, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does. If management is paying attention, he is absolutely someone who deserves recognition and growth within the company. Thank you, Engel, for turning a regular stay into a great one. You’re a true asset to this hotel.
