    This is our go-to hotel whenever we are in the area. Rooms are new and clean, service is on point, and location is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The staff is wonderful, too! We threw a baby shower in the private room and Diana Perez was a big help when it came to reserving the room, setting up the room, and making everything perfect. We definitely recommend staying here.

    Engel was a front desk rep who assisted us with wedding guests getting checked in and parking. The hotel was the perfect location as it was close to our wedding location. Everyone enjoyed their rooms! Check in and check out were seamless. Would recommend for anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

    I had a flight change and thus will be coming to the hotel early. I called last week to confirm if it is possible to check in early and they said yes, and they me to call the hotel once i am on my way from the airport. Once i am on my way, i started chatting with Engel from the hotel. Not only was Engel super friendly and helpful, he took time to understand my situation as it is not as simple to find a room if no one has checked out of the hotel that early in the morning. Eventually, he noticed my account is looking for 2 queen beds but i needed only one king and he is able to get a room ready by the time i arrived to the hotel. It is such a relief to have Engel's assistance to make my stay that much more smoother so that i don't have to worry and wait until i get there to figure out the issue. Engel took action through the chat service and addressed all of my concerns and got me in. Really appreciate his outstanding customer service.

    I’m writing about the exceptional “Guest Experience” we received at the Hampton Inn Porter Ranch as I’ve had to stay at multiple hotels for business/vacation for years now = part of the Hilton Rewards Family as well. From the moment I made the reservation to having a question or two and contacting the hotel via telephone I felt comfortable knowing that such a trusted hotel chain never ceases to amaze giving exemplary attention to the guest as well as their fellow employees. When it comes to management, Brandon won’t be on the call of duty to address any questions I had and gave the same guest service that I remember from the 80s in Vegas. Everything HILTON strives to be this hotel went beyond. From Maria at the front desk to Victoria, who assisted us with breakfast each morning, (taking note even before the food was to run out, fresh was on its way). This hotel was quaint, quiet with staff that you can tell appreciates their clientele striving to give the best “guest experience” possible. Brings a tear to my eye to see individuals that are employed by this phenomenal corporation and at this hotel, that specifically take pride in their job/career. Fellow travelers that you’d meet in the breakfast nook were kind people were using the term, “pardon me” when in passing and people actually hold the door for you even when Staff had their cleanup cart/a bunch of towels in their hand. Such a pleasurable experience I would definitely celebrate another event at this hotel. Major kudos to the owner for hiring such a wonderful management team as I said, including Brandon, who won’t be on the call of duty to assist when necessary. The hotel’s location is in acquaint one at that Security, 🔐locals 🚔 patrolling keeping this environment safe. Obviously, you wanna lock your doors because it is a parking lot and we’re not living in an era where we didn’t have to worry about occurrences but this place is as safe as it can get. All the precautionary measures that hotels should’ve taken years prior. This hotel takes and takes it seriously. I have never felt so relaxed in an environment in my life from entering the front door where we were greeted with a smile and complementary water to every staff member seemingly enjoying their day. I cannot stress in today’s world how much the guest experience means, especially with the events of the last five years. I want to thank the staff and we will definitely contact ahead of time before we plan our next stay.
