The water bottles were also $3 a piece. Don't put bottled water in the room if it's not complimentary; that should be a given. Nice enough room otherwise.

I was meeting a few friends there to go to the fairplex for an event,apparently one of the group had been put on list not to be rented to. This had absolutely nothing to do with myself. After spending the day at the fairplex and being exhausted. I returned to the hotel with a new reservation and was denied a room due to the personal issues she had with one of the guests prior,once again this had nothing to do with me, she was quite rude about it and spoke loudly with other guests in the lobby which immediately embarrassed me almost to the point of feeling ashamed,not to be beat a dead horse but ONCE AGAIN IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. I will never reserve a room at the place again. I can't understand how a place this nice can allow someone this unprofessional, rude and down right cruel to run their establishment.

Had already request housekeeping at second day, and be told will get housekeeping at third day but still nothing. Won’t come here the rest of my life. At the end, live here four 4 night, ask housekeeping every single day. But never get one. That is Hilton, really surprised me!!!
- RGregina gomezDec 16, 20253.0It was my first time here it was ok not the best they didn’t have any apps on the tv. So I had to go to target to get a fire stick. And it didn’t wanna take the WiFi. So I had to use my hot spot. But over all it was ok. But someone was arguing in the hallways. And knocking at my door at midnight. Kinda was scared but they stop after about a hour. And the pillows was super uncomfortable didnt like it at all. The ac didn’t really work either. But over all it was ok.
