    I would like to honestly sincerely thank the housekeeping people that work there for being very honest and kind and hard-working. Second I like to thank the Team Andrea and Karina and the Manager Friday morning check out time, I was on a business trip and I forgot my very expensive watch and a very valuable hat. they did everything possible to return it to me and ship it to my home address thank you so much. You guys are great. I will always be a guest there. You guys are awesome and amazing once again thank you to the people at housekeeping that make it possible and very clean environment for everybody thank you thank you thank you thank you.#😊 Amazing Team there !!!!!!

    The hotel is INCREDIBLE! Last Sunday, I left a company iPad and a Bluetooth keyboard behind very early in the morning, and I didn't realize it until the next day. When I called the front office, they confirmed that they had the items. I was relieved to hear that the cleaning lady was off on Sundays, so they left a note for her to find it. All I had to do was generate a FedEx shipping label and email it to the front office, and FedEx took care of the rest. I can't thank you enough for the relief you brought me by finding my lost items!

    Disappointed with Service at Hilton Garden Inn Pomona I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Pomona (Oct 20-Oct 23) and was very disappointed with the service standards during my visit. Despite being a Hilton property, no housekeeping service was provided throughout my stay. I had to call twice (9:20 Am and 12:30 PM) just to request towels and toiletries, and on the third occasion (1:40 PM), I had to go to the front desk to collect them myselfAnd I was told that "housekeeping doesn't have time today" by the lady at the front desk. This is not the level of service expected from a Hilton brand. The room itself was comfortable and the location is convenient, but the staff’s lack of responsiveness and attention to guest needs was extremely disappointing. It seemed as though customer care was not a priority. I hope management reviews this issue seriously and takes corrective action to improve staff training and service consistency. Guests choose Hilton expecting reliability and respect — unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.

    1st and foremost the lady who checked us in, Michelle, was amazing. She is awesome at customer service!! Same for the bartender!!! See photo attached her name has slipped my mind. !he hotel is close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms. Smaller food menu but it works and great drinks!
