I have my credit card with physically with me, so it was NOT stolen. When I called to inquire, they acted as if they did not even care. It seems like the hotel employees may be involved in the fraud. I advise anyone to AVOID this hotel.

The hotel is showing a worn look not at all fresh and clean. The price is reflecting the area but not the HILTON NAME. Conrad Nicholson Hilton would be rolling over in his grave. The desk clerk was kind.

One day the scrambled eggs had turned green in some spots!!! I showed it to the waitress and they made new batch but served it in the same dish! The other half of the dish remained with the old eggs as it was. The bread was all dried out every single day. I asked for some slice bread and the answer was we don’t have any bread! What kitchen doesn’t have bread? The milk container had few drops in it and the only choice for a hot drink was coffee. No tea. I mentioned our breakfast experience to the front desk and the response was they are separate from the hotel!!

We spent days with Hilton and BBB on complaints and were refunded. . We've been at Hilton properties for nearly a decade with these same dogs. Garcia is a disgrace and she commits illegal acts in the U.S. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. PERIOD. We will never stay at any property related to Hilton as long as we live. That's how bad it was. IF IT SAYS HILTON, FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL.
