Our room was not cleaned for a week and when approached with the situation she decided to have an attitude. We talked to her the day before and she said it would get done, only to come back to our room completely dirty and STILL no towels. Horrible service and I have no idea why that woman is a manager. She is unprofessional and does not know customer service.

The rooms were large and comfortable for our two week stay. They even made our new granddaughter very welcome on our walks. Would definitely recommend a stay.
