- MSMonica SquiresNov 28, 20251.0Apparently the staff at this location thinks it's great customer service to give a disabled veteran grief at check in and then the next evening call them a liar and kick them out for simply wanting their shower head cleaned and descaled with CLR so that it works properly. Then adding insult to injury the staff called the cops. I don't know if the member of staff that caused all this trouble was bored or just pissed off that they had to work on Thanksgiving or if they are just a sad, petty & pathetic person. Either way, they need to be sent for retraining in how to provide basic customer service or have their employment terminated. I would not only avoid this location, but I would also encourage all to avoid this motel chain all together because they're NOT veteran -friendly, nor are they just basic human kindness friendly. You'd be better off sleeping in a van down by the river.
