Dirty sheets and towels, dirty attitude, wait forever to check you in, say they busy but they not, confusing lobbies, walls too thin,

The room was pretty nice and very clean, which is what you expect at a Hilton. Only minor thing about the room was the shower curtain was a bit torn on the hooks. Location is right off the freeway, which is convenient. Walkable to downtown (~30 min). The 2 receptionist ladies I interacted with were great, very friendly. Cleaning staff was courteous. I'm only docking a star because of the dinner room service--the pork on the sliders was extremely dry and kind of hard and the sauce was on the side, which makes me think the meat was either microwaved or left out for a while. The steak was bland and came medium when I ordered medium rare, and they were out of the mashed potatoes option for the side (which was replaced with sautéed bell peppers, which were just fine). Unlike what you'd expect for a normal room service, everything arrived in a bag packaged in to-go containers with cheap plastic utensils, which was annoying for cutting steak and made for a cramped and unpleasant eating experience on an already sub-par meal. The best part of the meal was actually the dressing on the caesar salad, which was delicious.

Good customer service but bad experience overall. Hard mattresses that make loud noises when you move, and no breakfast was included. Walls and floors are very thin and you could hear both upstairs and next door neighbors talking/even showering. Mini fridge was broken, and all of our food went bad/melted over night. Do not recommend staying here.

I stay here every time i am in Pismo, probably 4-5 times a year. It’s consistent. Decent rooms, not amazing, a little worn but perfectly fine. I’m not a fan of their breakfast, there are much better options just down the street at Huckleberry’s. I usually walk down to the Pismo pier every morning. Grab a cup of coffee at Starbucks on the way. It’s 1.3 miles. Price is right and it’s convenient.

Not a great experience! Rooms were good but attitude of the staff was quite bad.
We checked in the hotel were told that the restaurant would be taking in last order for dinner by 9pm. We quickly checked in the room, freshened up and were out by 8:25pm ready to place the order. The lady told us they were already closed. Since there were no orders whole day, the chef decided to just leave early. It was very disappointing!! We were so tired and wanted to relax, have dinner and rest… but instead had to go out looking out for places that would be open at that time. Most places closed at 9pm so they wouldn’t take us in.
The worst part was that the staff didn’t even apologise… in fact she started putting things on us that we should have ordered earlier!!! Had she told us so, we would have. If someone tells us that the last order would be at 9pm how in the world would we even dream that we should place the order at 8pm !!
Very curt and to the point staff. No courtesy at all!
