The hotel seemed to be recently updated. The room was spacious and clean, which I really liked. I got the room with a jet tub and this was the PROBLEM. The tub drain was broken so it didn't drain the water. I literally had to pull the drain cover with my finger tips (annoying and painful because the cover was so tight) for so long to drain the water. The jet tub went off many time at night, which woke me up scared due to the loud sound. I told the front receptionist about the problem as checking out, but he seemed to take this as if it was nothing too serious. All I wanted was to address this problem and get a sincere apology. He did say sorry once and I said he would have a maintenance guy take a look at it. But that was it, and it felt as if he couldn't care any less. Would he have taken this more sincerely if he was the one who had to pull the drain cover with his fingers and wake up in the middle of night many time? I would never come back here due to this bitterness I got as I was leaving the hotel.

The Bella Serra Hotel is a truly beautiful property located right in the heart of Paso Robles. We chose this hotel specifically for a wine-tasting trip, and its location proved to be perfect, offering incredibly easy access to everything the area has to offer. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of service. Every staff member at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming, making check-in and check-out seamless. The comfort of the accommodations was a major highlight. Our room was extremely comfortable—the soft pillows and plush bedding ensured we slept very well. The area surrounding the hotel is also wonderfully quiet, contributing to a truly restful experience. We loved dining at the on-site restaurant as well. Although it was disappointing that it wasn't open for breakfast on one of the days, the hotel staff went above and beyond by putting out complimentary coffee and muffins for guests, which was a nice gesture. The only item to note for future guests is the parking fee: the hotel does charge $11.50 per night for parking. Overall, the Bella Serra is a superb choice for a Paso Robles stay. I definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing location, exceptional comfort, and welcoming staff.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and have always deemed it five star worthy. This last stay, 10/12-17, was disappointing for a few reasons. First, online information says this hotel offers free parking….it does not. There is a $15 per night parking fee. WiFi was intermittent at best with it out during most of our stay. We kept mentioning it to the front desk and were told it had been checked out the week before our stay, and that it worked fine. The property was beautifully renovated, but the bathroom lacked a handheld shower head (rainshower head offered little pressure) and makeup mirror. The location is five star, however with the above mentioned changes and for the increased room rates, we will stay elsewhere next time. Need to mention Preston who exceeded our expectations and was very helpful with the television issues we were having!

It was depressing, thought I got the room with the big Jacuzzi in it..come to find out they down graded with a little tiny spa tub, So sad. Then I go out to my car and I have a parking ticket on the windshield..No one told me at check in to check my car in. So I had to pay $15 parking ticket. All of the whole experience was a bummer...

Spent a night here on a trip to Paso Robles. Initially I was a bit reluctant to book here based on the negative reviews!!! Our experience was lovely and I would stay again! We had a nice, clean room. This place has online check in/out so no need to stop at the front desk. Restaurant is great. Only downside is this location has a nightly parking fee and they do not offer any charging stations!
