I’ve stayed at many hotels in the area and exclusively choose Hiltons when I travel, so I had Hilton level expectations—unfortunately this was the worst Hilton experience I’ve had. The room was clean and parking was easy and convenient, which I appreciated. However, the service fell short of the brand standard, especially for a Diamond member.
On Saturday evening I went to the bar about 40 minutes before closing to relax and watch sports, but was told management had closed the bar early. That was surprising and inconvenient — there were still a couple of guests at the bar and it was only 8:20 p.m. The front desk staff also felt inattentive; I often had to get their attention even when no one else was in the lobby and I was standing right at the desk, and few staff offered the normal greetings as guests passed by. That lack of friendliness and engagement is not what I expect from Hilton.
If housekeeping and parking are your priorities this property will serve you, but if you value Hilton-level service, I would recommend choosing a different Hilton in the area until management improves staff attentiveness and consistency.

Great service by the staff. Especially enjoyed getting to know the weekend bartender Joe. Only tip I have is: can someone monitor the TVs in the lobby a little better? MS now was tuned in on day one and CNN on day two of our stay. The Cartoon Network is more believable and reputable than that crap. Maybe something more neutral like ESPN for your guests?

CAUGHT STAFF BREAKING INTO MY WORK TRUCK THIS MORNING. I walked out this morning to see a worker in my truck with a flash light looking around. We paid for parking and told them we had an oversized truck and the kind lady said it was okay. They had our room number and everything. Be very careful staying here. Antonio said if its on his property he can do what he pleases. My company will be filing a police report. If they do this to cars I only imagine what else they are doing in peoples rooms. I will be calling the hilton desk as well. There is no reason what so ever to be entering customers vehicles. Antonio then proceeds to harass me and become verbal with me. Do not stay here and I am going to be pressing charges. He said since the door was unlocked he was able to enter my truck.
