The Graduate was very conveniently located in downtown Palo Alto for our quick stopover there. The hotel is very quirky cool with interesting designs whilst still being very comfortable. The room was very cute and overlooked the main street. Everything was very nice, but it felt a bit overpriced considering there aren't many amenities at the hotel, it's really just a room with access to a restaurant. The valet parking, whilst very convenient, was quite expensive at $57 a night and made the whole stay for one night feel like quite a lot. A cute spot with no issues, just a little overpriced.

One star - tempted to cancel my entire status and Hilton honors because of the vile woman that works here and is the “manager”. Money hungry and the worst customer service. Will be pursuing a refund with Hilton hotels. Despite me explaining I had anxiety (2 min after checkin) that I wanted to leave she insisted on charging me hundreds of dollars for no reason.

Nothing about this place is 4 stars. The room feels like someone vomitted wallpaper onto the walls and wanted to do the exact opposite of calming, the windows are paper thin so you hear everything from the street, the bed is squeaky, and everything smells musty and old. Avoid this hotel - its not worth the money! There is also no gym.

How is this hotel $400 a night, Palo Alto is freaking crazy,
Location is good, but this hotel has no gym, no pool, no parking and old rooms
Not worth the $ cost imo
