Nothing about this place is 4 stars. The room feels like someone vomitted wallpaper onto the walls and wanted to do the exact opposite of calming, the windows are paper thin so you hear everything from the street, the bed is squeaky, and everything smells musty and old. Avoid this hotel - its not worth the money! There is also no gym.

How is this hotel $400 a night, Palo Alto is freaking crazy,
Location is good, but this hotel has no gym, no pool, no parking and old rooms
Not worth the $ cost imo

Excellent customer service (shout-out to Naomi and the team), great location, and loved the courtesy bicycles to explore the area. Thank you for the $25 complementary credit. I enjoyed it for espresso and breakfast.

Graduate hotels are always fun. This is a very good one. Great staff and fun Stanford decor - recommend the rooftop bar. My only gripe is that the rooms don't have a decent way to make coffee
