Refrigerator was packed with ice that maintenance had use the blow dryer to chop out the ice therefore our food did not get cold. 3 hours wasted waiting for repair and for it to get cold! And refrigerator door opens backwards from the cabinets door, almost impossible to get in!! Only 2 chairs or bed to sit on. Tiny bugs on counters. Not very well lit. Only DirectTV! 👎 . No microwave. Have to rent one. And it’s a DOG PARK!! Everywhere! I’m allergic so concerned how they clean rooms after they leave

The carpets and upholstery were dirty, the roll out mattress is barely usable - thin with all four corners curling up and not fitting the sofa frame properly. The outdoor hose bib obviously had been leaking and not fixed for a long time, with water on our stairs everyday (photos below). And for the first time ever, we noticed the grounds were not well maintained. Fallen leaves and weeds in the beds and so on.The resort itself is lovely with a great location, just needs to be freshened up and better maintained.
