We had requested a room in the upper floors but when we checked in only the 1st floor was available. Shirley at the front desk is good and she is doing her best. The hotel seems under staffed. Also, AC unit was loud with a noisy fan.

My wife and I stayed 4 days 3 nights. Breakfast waffles tasted better than some restaurants I've had. Cookie bar at around 430 and hot chocolate bar for the holiday season on weekends. Along with a heated pool it was just perfect. Rooms are a little dated but still well worth it. Can't wait to go back again

In the morning the breakfast was amazing meat, eggs, potatoes. Make your own waffles.. and much more. Coffee and hot water for teas 24 hours and Bananas out in the morning and apples out all day. In the evening fresh made cookies. Also push button and you can buy a glass of beer or Wine. The pool and jacuzzi were great. They had towels and even swimming noodles at request at front desk. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Also convenient, was the on-line check in where you can pick your floor and room. Friendly and courteous employees. They shoud be 5 star!!!!! Thank you hampton inn.
