If I can give this place a Zero, I would!. Place is dirty, rooms are outdated, housekeeping does not clean correctly! Property needs better maintenance, and care. Front desk is rude. Breakfast is fine 👍🏼. I came a couple months ago and it was a very nice stay, this time around it was just a fail, not sure what happened but wow!

While this hotel is located pretty close to all the attractions in downtown Palm Desert the hotel itself is outdated and not very appealing once you step in to your room and the rest of the hotel. In matter of fact even the outside seems outdated and old and it’s nothing to what is advertised online. While the location and service is prime as we as the amenities the rooms and resort is anything from outstanding. I actually found the rooms outdated, filthy and anything that would make me come back again. Again service was top notch but the rest of the property is very disappointing! Just my humble opinion!!

This place is a real piece of work. Rooms are tired. Service is uninspiring. And the shopping complex that’s 100 feet from the property? Good luck accessing it on foot. There are no sidewalks going in or out of this hotel. You've got to walk in the roadway and through a patch of sand to reach the city sidewalk. Why wouldn’t you add a path to leave on foot? Why would I drive 100ft to the grocery store? To add insult to injury, you want to charge $10/night to park. Give me a break!

This place is very nice and well kept. It is also pet friendly. Peaceful atmosphere, nice soft music playing in pool area. Our room was very spacious and accommodating, had a little defrost problem going on with the mini freezer. Other than that we enjoyed the suites, bedroom huge and living room space huge, microwave, mini refrigerator, sink, coffee bar. Morning breakfast is hot and fresh, with option for cook to make you a fresh omelet with your choice of ingredients. Bread and muffin selection, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, juices. Also has happy hour at 5:30pm with a small menu of appetizers available to order. We will be returning.
