Hotel is dirty. Carpet throughout the hotel has too many stains.
If you prepaid the breakfast buffet, make sure you inform them prior or you will get charge again.

Stayed 2 nights for work. Location was convenient because my work site was just across the street. As far as the room goes, it was clean. Carpet could use some deep cleaning but I always wear sleepers, no biggie. My rating is mainly based on the staff. Hilton has a bunch of young individuals working there that have no business in guest services. The kid who checked me in did not greet me, he sounded bothered like I had interrupted him. Absolutely zero customer service skills. The following morning, the ladies at the counter, same thing, zero customer skills, no interaction, no greeting. I had a question and again made me feel like I was bothering them. The only people who were friendly and attentive were the restaurant staff. They were very nice packing my food to go.

Very Friendly staff, nice decent rooms. Restaurant and bar on premises both just okay. Uncomfortable beds. Nice atmosphere. Free parking and coffee.

It was a generally pleasant stay, but one situation was very disappointing. One night, our teenage children couldn’t get into their room because other kid had accidentally locked it from the inside and was in a deep sleep. They knocked for a long time, but no one responded.
Unfortunately, the hotel staff didn’t make any real effort to help — they just gave the kids blankets and told them to sleep in the lobby. While everything turned out fine in the end, this could have been a serious situation if someone inside the room had needed help.
It would be much safer if the staff called a technician or security to open the door and make sure guests are okay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their response in such cases

Last minute trip. $200 for 2 queen beds on a saturday night. Lobby was clean. The beds and bathroom were presentable. A bit small but work for what we needed. A few things. Went to make some coffee sunday morning. They give you keurig cups and a machine in the room. The keurig cups had already been used. Gross. The AC unit works but was so filthy inside the vent, it shoots out moldy/rusty looking stuff on you if you are sitting next to it. You are breathing that btw. The corners of the beds have these large pieces of wood protruding that you hit everytime you walk by. There were no luggage carts. I asked the young lady at the front desk where I might find one? "People tend to hide them in their room. Good luck finding one". Well that's that. And the grand finale! Luke warm shower/bath water! NO HOT WATER! It was nice that it's a short walk to Outback. Other than that I don't see a reason to go back. Hope you have better luck than we did. ROOM 322. I posted some pics.
