The policy says they do it every other day, but I’m now on day five and my requests have been ignored. Maybe Holiday Inn next door is better? I’ll try that next time.

Starbucks and a diner (I think) next door was nice but apart from that everything else was a short drive. Not a lot to choose from oroville but this property was very much what you’d expect from Hampton Inn.
- JSJames SJul 25, 20255.0This is easily the best hotel in Oroville. It is brand new, clean, and well managed. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It is my preferred hotel when I am in town for work. However, early this morning, Friday, July 25th around 5:30 AM, a Sysco delivery truck showed up and unnecessarily blasted its air horn twice while backing up. The lot was empty, visibility was clear, and the standard backup alarm was working. The air horn was excessive and completely avoidable. I happened to already be awake, but if that horn had woken me up, I would not stay here again. Management needs to make sure vendors respect guest hours, especially that early. Otherwise, this hotel is excellent.

The staff is always so kind, the room is spotlessly clean, the food is delicious, and everything is well organized. You can really feel the care in every detail, which makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I’ll definitely keep choosing this place whenever I come back to Oroville
