⭐☆☆☆☆ During our 7-night stay, our two rooms were cleaned only one time. Throughout the week, I spoke with multiple staff members and repeatedly requested housekeeping, but nothing was done. I spoke directly with Katie and Leo, both of whom acknowledged the issue. Katie, the manager, apologized and admitted it was their fault. However, the only compensation offered was removing valet charges—even though we only used valet one night, yet were charged for all seven days. Between the lack of basic housekeeping, incorrect charges, and overall poor service, this stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not well maintained, and the customer service did not make up for it in any way. I also found contacts on the nightstand(we don’t wear contacts) I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Our stay was extremely unpleasant and far below expectations. Our room was dirty, and we found pubic hair on the toilet seat and in the bathtub, which is completely unacceptable. There was also candy left in the drawers and crumbs all over the carpet, showing the room had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival. Housekeeping was a major issue throughout our five-night stay. Our room was cleaned only once. When we called to ask why it hadn’t been serviced, we were told it would be cleaned the next day. The next day came and the room was still not cleaned, forcing us to complain again. I also requested clean towels, but the towels provided were dirty and had hair on them. Management was equally disappointing. Each time we raised concerns, we were told to speak with a manager but a manager was never available. All they could do was have the manager call me, yet no one followed up. After repeatedly calling, I finally spoke with a manager who said the Director, James, would contact me. The following day, we were told he was “in meetings” all morning. As we were leaving the hotel, I saw him and approached him directly. He was extremely dismissive and unprofessional and told me he didn’t care about our concerns and was not going to do anything about them. Between the unsanitary conditions, lack of housekeeping, absence of management follow-up, and dismissive behavior from leadership, this stay was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for New Years Eve. Room was very clean. Bathrooms are a little small and kinda dated. Excellent views, but keep in mind only one side of the building faces towards Disneyland for the prime fireworks view. Housekeeping never came to kick us out at check out time so we got an extra 2 hours in the room for free. SO THAT WAS NICE. All in all a nice hotel, but there are definitely better options available if your cool not being near The Bloc or UCI Medical Center.

Please do yourself a favor and save your family co workers staff etc from this horrific hotel. I cannot understand how this property is a Hilton. We had an absolutely horrific experience. I dont even know where to begin. They dont clean your rooms. Only on request. The room was allegedly renovated and yet everything was old and dirty. I had to clean as soon as i got in. Dust covered everything. Mold and rust in the bathrooms. Gross stains on furniture and carpets. Pillows that smelt like musk and sweat. Horribly uncomfortable beds. One of our double beds was not level and i kept almost rolling off the bed. The pillows consist of nothing and had no filling or support. We ran out of towels toilet paper and tissues from the room being neglected and the staff shrugged it off and could care less. They said theyre understaffed. This place is horrible.. in every way. I feel so grossed out I cant wait to go home and shower and disinfect everything. Run.

I am rating this hotel at a 1 star because they charged me $289 for parking. They claimed I didn't pay it but I have a bank statement charge for each night. I called Hilton to try to explain that I did pay for the parking but they said they couldn't waive the charges without valid proof. The rooms were really well and the staff was friendly but this mistake on their part was enough to dissuade me from ever staying at a Hilton again. If you choose to stay here I recommend you get an itemized reciept because they did not care that they charged me a total of around $360 for parking (289 for what they claimed I didnt pay + 35 per night for 2 nights) they charged me anyways.
