This was my first and last experience with a DoubleTree by Hilton. The location is convenient for Disneyland. However, the service and room was subpar at best. Our room wasn’t clean. We arrived late at night, and our bathroom wasn’t clean. There was grime and hair in the bathtub and on the toilet seat, and brown, dried splatters still on the wall and toilet. The closet had these weird, reddish-brown marks on the wall as well. More importantly, there were issues with the water. The shower pressure was very, very weak. A water spray bottle has more pressure than the shower head had in my room. Additionally, the water temperature in the sink was inconsistent, and it was hard to get hot water. A staff member named Tony had reached out to me about correcting this issue. I sent him a response, he didn’t respond, and the issue hadn’t been fixed upon my return to the room. I wasn’t aware that parking had cost extra. It wasn’t disclosed to me on the website I booked through, and the confirmation paperwork I got had nothing about an extra fee for parking. When I saw the sign for parking upon check in, I asked the staff member about paying for parking. He told me not to worry about paying for parking. The next night, after inquiring about an extra $44 hold on top of the $100 hold, the staff member working the desk informed me that it was for the charges on my room, including parking. She came across as very standoffish, and had a poor attitude during my entire interaction with her. I gave the hotel a chance to hear this feedback directly. We were directed to the manager James, who was not on property at all during our stay, and would not be in until 11am. We were given a phone number to reach the manager, and he never answered any of our calls. Overall, this was my first experience with any Hilton hotel, and I definitely will not be booking with Hilton after this experience. They will nickel and dime you, provide poor service, and overcharge you for a dirty room.

This hotel was booked for us by a client. Thankfully they let us check in early (at an additional cost I believe). Upon getting to our room, the bathroom floor was covered in about a half inch of water. They relocated us to another room. The rest of the stay was fine. They have a great morning breakfast if you get it. My main suggestion for improvement on this hotel is they need multiple on-site electric vehicle (EV) chargers in the paid parking lot for the many (10+) EVs I saw parked each night, including mine. Guests with EVs don't want to go to a nearby fast charger and waste 40+ minutes when they can charge overnight while sleeping at the hotel and get to 100% (versus only 80% at superchargers). Please reach out to Pangea Charging if you'd like assistance with installing this amenity (especially installing before World Cup traffic in LA, summer 2026).

By far the worst staff and management I have ever encountered Lady that checked me in was completely rude and seemed like she was so annoyed to check me in. When I came to tell her the room was a huge mess and had not been cleaned, she said " Well technically check in is not for another 45 minutes". Although she was the one who handed me the key. Mistakes can happen, but not even an apology. The manager made it ten times worst. He is a complete amateur that has zero business in hospitality. Room was not cleaned after my second night either. The lobby was very nice but that's where it stops. The rooms are so old the toilets are light pink. Spoke to General Manager who asked if he could call me the next day. I said yes. It has been two weeks without a call. By far, the worst run hotel I have come across. Old and dated rooms, with an unhappy, unfriendly staff. Look elsewhere

Such a service disappointment! Worst in my 40+ years of travel! Our family stayed here from 10/29/25 to 11/4/25 for a wedding. We had asked for daily room service upon check-in. They missed cleaning our room the first day. It was late, so we just grabbed some towels and water from the front desk and chalked it up to a honest oversight. They missed cleaning our room again on the second day. We went down to the front desk again to grab some towels and ask them to bring up some toiletries and pick up the dirty towels. Of course, they never came. There was a service card in our room for contacting the hotel manager via email if we experienced any service issue. We emailed the hotel manager, Mr. Zaw Oo, about our issues during our stay but we never heard from him. We actually ran into Mr. Zaw Oo in the lobby couple of days later. We spoke to him and he acknowledged receiving our email but gave an excuse that he was out of town and could not respond. He promised to look into the issue and get back to us. WE STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM! The whole experience is such a service embarrassment. I guess the hotel staff takes their service cue from their leader, who is only good for lip service.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Room was nice and the views were gorgeous. Just to keep in mind, this hotel is right across the street from a hospital, so you will hear sirens all throughout the night (which sucked waking up several times to this every night). Front Desk staff was standoffish. Not a fan. They seemed like they didn't like human interaction. Every single time we called down to the front desk, they NEVER answered. At one point my husband went down to see them after they didn't answer and discovered that they had the phone off the hook and just sitting on the desk while they were all chatting. Not only do you have to pay for daily parking (which we knew about) they also charge your card a daily deposit fee (for us that was $150 total and we had no idea about this). Our last night here, the open pipe on our bathroom ceiling started leaking and dripping. We tried calling the front desk but again, no one answered. Shout out to Ian with valet, he was SUPER helpful and friendly and gave us so much good information for our trip. He deserves recognition and a raise! If you are staying here and plan on going to Disney definitely check out the bus shuttle that takes you from the hotel to Disney and back. It was super convenient and nice and really cheap! We paid $14.50 total for 2 adults and 1 child for a daily bus pass. Overall, not sure if we would stay here again due to the constant sirens at night and the unfriendly front desk staff.
