The hotel doesn't provide any water, not even one! We all know that water doesn't cost much and when i asked for complimentary water they said i am not allowed to have a free water, its only for their diamond and platinum customers.Well we stayed and have had a breakfast which was included in the room. They want us to buy water, other than that it is good.

The room was small and outdated. Water is low in bathroom. The bed was too soft, old and you can feel the springs on the sofa bed . The breakfast was good. The electric outlets are all loose. $32 parking fee is overpriced. Paid $200 for one night on Jan 2nd. Not a good experience at all. Will not stay there again.

Pros: The staff are very nice and the breakfast is good.
Cons: The hotel has ten floors with only two elevators. The stairs have no access to the first floor. During checkout it took 15 minutes to get down from the ninth floor to the lobby because of the long lines at the elevator. The room did not have a/c and the fan did not work it was very warm and muggy . They take $100 a night so if you stay 5 nights they are automatically holding $500 for a deposit that they hold for up to 5 business days . The parking is expensive its 32$ a day. This hotel is very expensive.

If you don’t care about cleanliness and customer service this place is for you! They kept texting us that the room was ready and it was not ready! Also why charge $25 for an early check in when you already notified us that the room was ready? We also had a secondary room that they gave away and even though they notified us that the room was ready. We had to wait hours for the secondary room to be ready. Why do they not refill the body wash when setting up the room? I will never return to this hotel and you should not stay here! There are other closer hotels.

Checked in late after a day at Disney. The shower had hair inside it and possibly soap on the floor (the water made it slick enough that my son nearly fell getting into the shower and the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty). There was a long curly hair basically wrapped around toilet handle, a piece of food on the floor, crumbs on the sofa, and jam on the floor. I was concerned the room had not been cleaned, I told the girl at the front desk- she was very sweet and upgraded us to a larger room. In the second room, there was a large clump of hair in the drain and an old Oreo cookie on the floor. Had my family not been exhausted- we would have left the hotel. I did not ask for a second room switch- only because I felt like this was considered “clean.” Maybe my standards are too high and it’s normal to not take hair out of the shower or vacuum the floor (the jelly would have been smeared and the Oreo would have broke or at least would have been noticed). But I feel like with the amount I paid- plus the extra 32 dollars for parking, I should have a clean hotel room. All the staff members were lovely, and breakfast was great- shame the rest was gross.
