This place has great customer service and is fairly new, so its a decent place to stay. Decent gym, alcohol available in lobby, indoor pool, two elevators, comfy beds n pillows, nice tvs. The shower takes a sec to warm up and the room was cold on arrival and takes awhile to warm up, but its winter - this is at least understandable although not ideal. I think the customer service overcomes those issues. The loss of the star comes from the breakfast. It wasn't in their breakfast room, it was next door at the Fairfield. And apparently the Holiday Inn Express nearby sends their breakfast to Fairfield too. The breakfast was going to be at Hampton on Sunday, but it sounded like those other two would go to Hampton that day. So I didn't get the free wifi during breakfast and they were out of everything by 9am on the Saturday morning, since three hotels are going to one and its still just one employee making it and likely only putting out the amount for one hotel. Thankfully it wasn't raining while I was there and that I didn't want to take breakfast to my room or that would have been very difficult. This not only screams that the ownership of these three properties is ultra cheap, I suspect it is fraudulent - I doubt Marriot, Hilton, and IHG know that their hotels are providing breakfast to competitor properties and I'd bet they are providing the owner (likely the same for all three properties) with franchise benefits the same as they would to other franchise owners with competitor properties nearby that are not co-owned. So just know that breakfast may or may not be on site, which I've never seen before at any Hampton, even ones near other peoperties.

We stayed here while visiting Yosemite during our vacation and probably one of the best experiences at a Hampton Inn. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Jason at the front desk who was very professional but just had a genuine caring personality. He was constantly checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. On NYE, he even gave my youngest son a little treat at no cost just because it was the holiday season. No Hilton employee has ever done that. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. Beds were comfortable and overall hotel was great. Breakfast could be a little better but still better than most. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to the area.

Wonderful hotel with warm staff. It was everything I could hope. Clean, cozy, and classy. I did make a mistake and assumed there was a hot tub. There is not.

Not the best experience overall but location is good. It's one of the closest hotels to yosemite. It's got a very weird angle with the tv on the side of the room instead of in front of the bed. Plumbing was an issue at the hotel and took 90 minutes to get a plunger. Also they didn't do room service despite saying every other day.
