  My partner and I went to this location and were pretty blown away by the accommodations that were available at this hotel. The big PLUS was that the tv and Wi-Fi were available (you can use your paid subscriptions there as well). The doors come with not just a lock but a small metal plate that you can use in case the first lock doesn't work. They had a gym, ice machine, water dispenser, and a dedicated section for laundry for your needs. The breakfast was great and they made sure that nothing ever ran low on both food and beverages. They had a cereal bar, hot n ready oatmeal, with a pancake maker and other selections. The hotel is right next to a couple of fast food places / restaurants and there's a bowling alley right down the way. We had a great time and will more than likely come back.

  Way too loud… Staff was nice, not professional in appearance but did the requisite tasks to standard. Breakfast was nothing special but about average for this level of hotel, however, my kids thought the automatic pancake maker was a fun novelty and produced decent hot pancakes. The really big complaint we had was the road noise was ridiculous all night long. Felt like staying in an RV inside Daytona. Had to buy ear plugs for the second night. What was really interesting is we moved right next door to the Fairfield Inn (we had points to stay free) - they share a parking lot. The Fairfield rooms are 100x quieter. Relatively comparable in most other categories but the difference in noise was substantial and consequential. Also, they may cater to different clientele because posted in the Tru elevators are warning signs and consequences for misbehaving. At the Fairfield it’s expected the guest will behave and no rules and consequences need be posted.

  Great location for our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Great front desk staff.

  I reserved a room at this hotel 2 months prior and received confirmation. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm to find out they canceled my room. I received no phone call or email about the cancellation. I think it is ridiculous that hotel would do that. Do not stay there, you may or may not have a room!!

  First off, the front desk people are very kind. My issue comes down to the cleanliness standard. Our toilet seat had hardened urine stains on it. In addition, my husband and I found a bug in the bed. It looked like a bed bug and we were transferred rooms but were later told it was not a bed bug. It was a bug in the bed that was brownish red. I’ll post the photos and y'all can determine for yourselves what you think but after a nasty toilet seat and a suspicious bug in the bed and being told “it’s not a bed bug, it could have crawled through the window” is pretty frustrating. This is tragically unacceptable. The dismissive nature in the response is heinously unacceptable for the hospitality industry. The cleaning standards of this hotel is below that of a prison and you seem to be okay with that. My expectation is that I receive a full refund at this point. Not only due to the compounding negative experiences but from the lack of acknowledgement that this is an unacceptable guest experience.
