- RHRyan Henschell4 days ago1.0Nightmare experience at “The Knoll”. Had a stay booked with them about a month ahead of time. I went so far as to confirm the reservation with the hotel over the phone. Upon arriving the hotel stated they had not received payment for my booking and charged me almost double the booked price, AFTER I gave my card to them. Absolutely no mention of this prior to giving them my card, just that I would be responsible for “taxes and fees”. I was then told there was no way to cancel this charge and so would need to speak with their hotel accountant who was gone for the day. The price discrepancy was blamed on the booking service and the hotel took no corrective action. Do not stay here.

We later learned that this happened to a few guests that day. The front desk said they would do something about it but never did. Also said the manager would reach out after the visit but never did.
