I’m a loyal Hilton Honors member, and this has been one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. In May 2025, I stayed at this property and paid $850.56. Two weeks before my stay, I simply changed the reservation by one day, yet was charged a $206.43 “cancellation” fee—even though there was no cancellation! I contacted Hilton Corporate, who tried multiple times to reach the General Manager, Erica, but she never responded. Over the past six months, I’ve also dealt with Manager Jessica, who has been rude, dismissive, and untruthful. Neither she nor the GM has shown any professionalism or willingness to resolve this. Even after repeated attempts from both me and my work travel department, I still haven’t received a refund—or even a courtesy call back. It’s now October 2025, and this location still refuses to correct an obvious mistake. Hilton should not treat loyal guests this way. Hilton, do better. I expect a Refund the $206.43 and credit Hilton Honors points for this six-month ordeal (The points expected has been disclosed through the Better Business Bureau complaint I submitted to Hilton Corporate). Customers deserve respect, transparency, and accountability.
