I had called the hotel prior to our stay to make sure we were on same floor with friends and she went out of her way to secure that for us. When arriving to the hotel I knew her right away because she was so friendly and helpful. She definitely stood out among the other employees who were okay. Hannah made us feel more like 5 star hotel guests rather than budget Hampton inn guests. Thank you Hannah!
