The hotel itself is very cozy, warm, and beautifully designed. You can see a lot of investment in the renovation and branding, and the place has great potential. However, the service ruined our experience. The receptionist who checked us in was rude and made us feel like she was doing us a favor by answering questions. No one helped with our luggage, and when we asked to change rooms, the response was unkind and unprofessional. Considering the hotel is not cheap, this level of service is unacceptable. It’s a shame — the interior is great, but the staff needs an immediate replacement. We won’t return because of this.

It's different from the other Embassy Suites, very nice and outdoorsy. The rooms are nice and they have tubs in the bathroom. The only minus is no microwave in the room.

Perfect location for a Napa visit. This hotel will be a Diamond caliber when they become a Hilton Curio Collection in 2026. Well maintained and very attentive staff. Thanks Debby, Evelyn

Not a great stay at all cant belive this place is rated so well. If you want peace and quiet don't stay here. We have never stayed in a place with paper thin walls like this EVER. Stayed in an executive patio firepit soaking tub room for 2 nights. Noisy and way too expensive for the hotels quality. Nice rooms but bad insulation or none at all id say between walls and in ceiling. Bill was nearly $1300 for 2 nights with eating 2 dinners at hotel with room service. Wont be back, very disappointed and expected more.
