    I am a previous Diamond member and have stayed at more than 150 locations of Hilton around the US. This hotel is by far one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever been to, and has some of the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting/experiencing. From management down, they are beyond accommodating. Especially the front desk team. I think their names were John, Natalie, and Kim? They are Exceptional. The cleaning staff/maintenance are some of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. When doing their job, (I work from home on the road), I would be on my laptop throughout the day and I would see these amazing team members literally sweating from keeping up the cleanliness. Very comfortable and clean establishment, will definitely be staying here again in the future.

    I always stay at Hamptons, and have stayed in the past at this location, spending thousands here. I will not stay here again in the future. First it took four trips up and down the floors when the key card would not work. The loose door handle of the first room would not open with each new key issued. It was about 80 degrees in the hallway as we made the trips back and forth until finally they switched our room when we showed the desk person the keys did not work on a video. Our room had mouse droppings, and was very dirty. There was food from the last guests in the room and hairs on the linens, floors and tub. Something with sharp small teeth had chewed the entire back of the chair in the room. Just when we thought our bad stay was ending we went to our car and it was infested with Argentine ants, thousands of them. The hotels exterminators had to come fog our car and we were stuck for four hours waiting for the poison to work, and then clean the car as the pest company recommended, since we had three young children with us. After leaving five hours late for our 12 hour drive and the expenses of having our car exterminated and cleaned, the dirty room, a mouse and horrible experience, the Manager and employees would not honor any guarantees or issue any credits or refunds. It is worth the drive to stay at any other location than this one. I wish I could post the pics I took.

    My go to place wen I visit Temecula. Front desk staff is friendly and accomodating-interacted with i think the Manage, plus afternoon and next morning crew. Location-prime, parking no.problem and guests are mostly business, travellers ans family. Bfast-attentive bfast staff-hot eggs and protein, warm oatmeal-right viscosity, waffles are deelish and juice/ coffee stations filling. Overall bfast is kept stocked, clean and warm. Its my 5th or 6th time staying here andq uite happy. PS.. pool and jacuzzi is nice and a quiet way to un wind. Thank u.... - the comic con " can i use ur printer to print my tickets" guy
