- MTM TaufJan 5, 20262.0I arrived around midnight and no one was at the front desk so I used my digital key to get in the side door. I walked in and saw who I thought was a guest sitting in the dark in the front lobby on their phone and didn't think much of it. It wasn't until I tried to leave out the front door, the man started snapping his fingers not to go out the front door. I asked if he worked here and he replied "yes" and continued talking on the phone. Other than the issues with this staff member, the location of this is great for getting on the CalTrain and there are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. The young lady that showed up the next day was much more accommodating and friendly.
