The location was convenient to the embarcadero to drive to.
The rooms were spacious and clean!
The indoor pool is not heated but does the job!
The breakfast was great!
Clean, reasonably priced for beginning of January and the staff is super courteous!

Amazing top of the line hotel here. It is really upgraded with nice gym, heated pool, and the rooms have all you need such as microwave, coffee maker, fridge and a 50 inch tv. Lighting is great with upgraded restroom. Bed was very unconfortable and woke up with back pain but other than that plenty of secure parking and also a huge plus free breakfast.

Nice newer hotel. The gym and pool were nice and the breakfast was simple but good. The only downside is that any room on the east side of the building only has a view of the freeway. Also the freeway noise gets really loud starting around 5am

Pretty good and new. Room is clean. Front desk is welcoming. Close to Morro Bay Embarcadero.

The hotel staff do not care on a few things we experienced during our stay in October, 2025. We requested a bath mat for the shower/tub due to the liquid soap dispenser location. There is a buildup of soap on the shower/tub floor making it very slippery. I guess the staff did not care about our request. Never got one so no showers. The a/c did not work all night (room 208) until 7;00 a.m. that morning. Very stuffy and warm all night. No need to report it, they would not care. The area for breakfast was very crowded that morning due to water polo teams staying at the hotel. We were finally able to get seating at 9:30 a.m. thirty minutes before their closing time at 10 a.m. Good luck with that, the staff were removing the food back to the kitchen and all they did was glare at us while we were trying to get something. Nothing that we have ever experienced at many Hampton Inn 's that we have stayed at in Calif. and out of state. Otherwise hotel was nice but there housekeeping is lacking on the dust on top of the tv
( photo). Wet towels were thrown all over the hallway from the elevator to our room and had to be kicked out of the way to roll the luggage. Towels were from the polo teams on that floor. They were still there the following morning when we checked out. It was the wrong weekend to book at that hotel.
