Went to front desk to receive a refund and they told me to contact the general manager. After contacting the general manager and showing him the proof of bed bugs he is denying any bed bugs and claiming they are crickets. I would not recommend staying here.

Jennifer at the front desk was amazingly helpful and made sure our stay and check in process was easy and simple. The breakfast was good also.
