- KAKevin AndersonDec 18, 20255.0I've stayed here several times over the past year. These are work related trips and as much as I dislike coming to California, the hotel is one of the bright spots. Staff has always been friendly, the room to include the bathroom is well designed, and the gym exceeds expectations for a hotel of this size. They have two AMT ellipticals that are very expensive and I'm shocked they have them. Nice areas to walk and nearby places to eat. The location is good! My only criticisms are housekeeping hasn't been up to standard, with a few repeated failures. The housekeeping issues were all upon arrival events. The 3 pillows are too soft for me (I now bring my own) and the AC controls have temp restrictions. However, there is a work around on the AC to make it cooler. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel and will continue to return.

The house keeping is every other day and on top of it they do such a mediocre job. They just did nothing other than changing trash covers...no vacuuming or making beds or cleaning bathroom..absolutely nothing to make your stay worthy..

All of things we needed were provided. The breakfast had amazing selections even for families with dietary restrictions that is always appreciated. Whenever we called for service someone was at our room immediately to address it. Our room was cleaned well and supplied adequately. The facility was well kept. I have to say this felt like home away from home. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and care for. I know where I will be staying next time I come back.

The property is stunning, and the view of the golf course is incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding. The staff is exceptionally hospitable, truly the best in town. We’ll definitely be coming back!
