- LLLeahDec 23, 20251.0The first room I was assigned was clearly not properly cleaned. Hair was found under the duvet and on the pillow covers. I reported this to the front desk, which was unattended at the time, requiring a long wait for staff to return. I was then moved to a second room, which was even worse. There was additional hair under the sheets and a large yellow stain on the mattress from an unknown substance. This is a serious failure of sanitation and staffing and is completely unacceptable for a Hilton four-star property.

Usually, when I travel I stay between 2-4 nights a week and will stay in the area between for 2-4 months at a time and move on to a new location. The hotel management has done s great job at maintaining the hotel. The rooms are well kept, clean and tidy. The rooms have a microwave and a small fridge which is great when on the road as much as I am. The area around the hotel is very safe with plenty of restaurants all in walking distance. I do recommend walking. It's a really nice area and everyone is friendly. There's a mask near by with great shops and more restaurants. The convenience of everything is there and it still has a calm peaceful neighborhood feel to it. Anyway, the hotel staff is always friendly, the room set-up is practical, the room feel is cozy and comfortable. This might sound weird, but the rooms all seem to have warm lighting, which I really dou appreciate. The AC in the rooms all have worked really well. There beds and pillows are very comfortable. There breakfast buffet variety is great. I especially look forward to my morning miso soup. The coffee is delicious. And the made to order eggs are a real plus! If I were to have any complaints, it would be that the lounge chairs in the rooms be shampooed or deep cleaned more often. Other than that this hotel is a great place to stay!
