    Our stay at the Hampton over the weekend was what you could say awful, completely grotesque, unacceptable and very frustrating. From the beginning, the cleaning service left us surprised and frustrated when we only expected a pleasant stay. I expected more from them, but unfortunately there were specific things that left me dumbfounded. First? The rooms were not well cleaned (we found cleaning towels) and then we asked for service from the housekeeper to the room, when we returned we expected to find a good service but it was surprising because the pillowcases and sheets seemed to be the same that we had used the night before. Completely unhealthy and grossly unacceptable in any hotel, much less in a well-known chain. Secondly, we tried to address the problem with the one who seemed to be "in charge" to whom we repeatedly encountered through the elevators but she had a contemptuous and ignorant attitude with all the guests and apparently with the staff colleagues who worked that weekend. She did not speak English, and it was impossible to clearly communicate our concerns and much less any resolution. But despite the language barrier, the mere lack of care and concern on the part of this manager and to name her in the first place, made our stay uncomfortable and stressful, completely ruining what should have been a relaxing weekend. The experience was honestly very disappointing and worrying from the point of view of hygiene and relations with the guests. We expected more from them, since we have stayed in their other locations. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances until serious measures are taken to improve cleanliness, clothing hygiene and, most importantly, customer service. Such a stay should not occur in a hotel that is supposed to maintain recognized quality standards. Clearly, all this starts with the manager and how she leads her team, while others seem to at least do the job and are more willing to communicate unlike this person we find. We hope the manager can address this as soon as possible so that this place is better overall.

    I walk in at 10pm. Book a night of sleep stroll in at 10pm. Check in in under 5 mins. Walk to my room. Clean cozy and nice. A+ Experience so far. I wake up at 2am parched like the desert sand. Scour my room for water. Not a drop. Not even a bottle. No snacks. Nothing in the mini bar. I walk down (ugh) to the front desk. Very nice people. And get a water bottle ($10) . Lol. Highway robbery. Water in a hotel toom is a basic human necessity for your "guests" . Please fix this. Sincerely, your fellow human being .

    We always stay here when visiting kids. Clean nice rooms. They are a bit stingy with the gold snacks.
