- HCHans ClijstersNov 14, 20253.0I stayed here already twice. It's ok but nothing more. Shower leaked, lots of traffic noise and a poor breakfast. The fruit salad was hard melon for four days in a row. Staff was friendly though. Another strange thing we're the permanent blue siren lights on the parking lot. Gives a strange vibe.... Next time I will take another hotel.

- EAElizabeth AlderSep 28, 20251.0Hot tub was not working, they stopped using it but didnt take it off the website, the Ice maker on our floor was out of order, we got a noise complaint at 10 pm bc my kid was talking, the TV was glitching and reloading every couple seconds, they don't have any water machines. Not cool for a hotel that isn't cheap so many other hotel options in the area with the amenities we were looking for. Rooms were clean but didn't deliver. Staff are nice.

- PVprince vinnuSep 2, 20251.0There are couple points that i hate my stay here. I was there for 2 nights first was on 28th Aug- Thursday, and second one on 31st Aug Sunday. And both my experiences were worst. First experience i had there was I had an housekeeper knocking the door early in the morning at around 6:30am. As we were a sleep the house keeper rush opened the door. Then we realized and told her we are occupied. And she left and again came back at 9:00am and again had her knocking the door. I wonder if the checkout is 12:00pm why do they have to keep knocking the door since morning. This wasn’t the first and last time it happened it again repeated on my second day as-well this time the housekeeper kept knocking the door regularly starting from 6:30am for every hour. It felt like as if she was kicking us out of the room even before checkout time which is I believe 12:00pm. As a guest i guess i am allowed to stay and use the room untill 12:00PM And another incident with Front desk i encountered was in the morning around 10:00am when i went down to ask her for a coffee she pointed me towards a direction asking to check if there’s anything there. I went by and didn’t find any coffee. Upon asking her that theres no coffee over there, i got one of the rudest response “ if theres nothing there that means there is no coffee available at this time” like seriously? If there are fixed timings for coffee that’s completely fine. But when asked she could’ve simply told we serve coffee only during breakfast not all the day. That would’ve sounded better. I don’t remember her name but she was an old lady at the front desk. This was completely unacceptable and bad experience of my trip to San Jose.
