Recently stayed here for two days out of town guest. I live in town you have to pay $20 per car per day to park in a parking lot no security watching your car and it’s very close to a homeless hotel. I stayed on the ninth floor and I asked for a room that would be quiet. They put me between three families with multiple children probably more than allowed. The air temperature was so cold. I had to get a heater and the heater kept resetting the electricity so it would go off then I got tired of waiting for the elevator which one was working. It was so slow that I had to go down the stairs and they were filthy full of trash and it smelled like urine. I reported it hopefully they’ll clean it up the gap in the door. Let me hear everything going on outside all night. The staff was very friendly and nice and helpful. The breakfast was OK the evening reception. The snacks were a joke just some chips and a few little other things. Nothing special but I stay here again probably not.

Overall, the hotel is good: the facilities are clean, it feels safe, and the service is acceptable. However, I would like to point out several negative aspects specifically related to the electric vehicle charging service.
Before our trip, we called to confirm if the hotel had charging stations for electric vehicles. We never specified Tesla chargers; we only asked if they had chargers for electric vehicles in general. Our vehicle is a Mazda.
Upon arrival, we encountered the following:
Uneven distribution of chargers: there were around 16 to 18 Tesla chargers, but only two available for other electric vehicle brands. This creates a clear imbalance and lack of fairness in the service offered.
Poor signage: the charging spots were not clearly marked, making them difficult to locate.
Misuse of designated spaces: several of the charging spots were occupied by vehicles that were not even electric.
Out-of-service chargers: when we tried to charge our vehicle, the charger did not work. We had to go to the Front Desk, where we were told the main charging system needed to be reset. They could not find the keys for the control cabinet, which delayed the process even further.
Safety and control concerns: the charger could be easily plugged and unplugged, which I consider a technical issue and a potential safety concern.
In summary, although the charger worked after resetting the system, the overall experience with the charging area involved at least six separate issues that should not occur in a hotel that advertises this service.

Possible serious mold issue here.
I am editing my review as I have since talked to Jamie from management, who’s helped rectify the stay issues.
I had minimal contact with guest services here, but I did meet Thuy. She was cold, awkward, and minimally communicative. The other front desk gals were all amazing.
I was initially checked into room 930. Upon entering, there was an immediate and overwhelming mildew odor, comparable to a reptile enclosure, but if the reptile also chain-smoked cigarettes. The room also had notable cleanliness issues: stains on the carpets, brown crustys on the couch, dried residue on the bathroom walls, and long hairs in random places. Despite this, the bed itself was comfortable, and that’s exactly what I needed.
On day two, after being gone for much of the day, the smell was noticeably worse. I found the walls were actively sweating with moisture. After spending time in the room, I began experiencing unexplained allergy-like symptoms. Following the moisture source, I found what appeared to be a large mold bloom in the bedroom area, spanning several feet and black and brown in color.
While inspecting the room, I noticed the HVAC filter had been recently changed, which strongly suggested prior awareness of air-quality or moisture issues. When I went to the front desk, the guest ahead of me was also changing rooms from the ninth floor due to odor problems.
I was reassigned to room 709, which did not have the odor but did have similar cleanliness problems. The HVAC intake there had an older, visibly dirty filter, the backside of the door hadn’t been wiped down in probably a year or more, and the chair in the bedroom had what appeared to be a feces stain.
I had a good discussion with Jamie after the fact and she assured me 930 was being placed out of order. Jamie was unaware of the extent of the issues in the rooms, and was encouraged to go see them for herself.

The breakfast staff are AMAZING! Very friendly, kind and attentive. Please give them a raise. The room is a little outdated. May need a little updating here and there especially the room temperature. Way too hot when its 40 outside! The location is ideal. It was a very busy weekend, with all the parties an d get-togethers happening but all staff remained calm and accommodating.

As long as this Embassy Suites doesn't allow people to control the temp in their own room, I will not stay here. Terrible customer service by not putting the folks that pay money to rent the rooms needs first! Thank goodness I read the reviews before I booked a room!
